It is that simple on the internet as on regular stores.
If you display a telephone number on your e-commerce site, you increase people’s trust in your store and they will have a greater rate of conversion into customers, while if they don’t fell connected they won’t buy. That is why you should assure that your e-commerce template has a well designed, visible spot where to add a telephone number so all your customers see it.
E-commerce template designers know such things and usually they provide spots for support information so you find it easy to add such contact information on your site. That is why you should always use a professional e-commerce website template and never settle for the half-price design you may find on some student’s computer.
Online stores are not something to toy with, they involve money, people, hard work and you need to pay attention to every detail, because every detail may mean money, earned or lost.
Online stores sometimes may also mean luck, and we can not deny this, as in offline stores may happen also, but I think that luck only happens once or twice, when building more online stores, for example, you need to do things right and not base your development on luck. Actually, if you build more online stores, you can consider yourself lucky, maybe some will go well in case others won’t, but if you only build one, make sure you have it right because it would be a shame to make it wrong because you didn’t plan it right.
