Make your buying process very easy in order to sell more on your e-commerce website

It is not easy to convince people to buy from you. E-commerce website managers strive day by day to increase the number of visitors turned into customers. But it would be twice as difficult to make them your customer if they want to buy from you but they don't know how!

Can he add new items easily? Can he remove unwanted items? Can he increase the number of items?

Again, all these may sound easy for some of you, more used to e-commerce websites and shopping online, but for some it may be a very scary process.

If you have a shopping cart, it would be interesting to keep the shopping cart set after the visitor closes the browser, so next time he will come back and visit your site again, to have those items in the cart. This will actually increase your conversion rate because you make the process easier to finish. Never skip such steps, they may be the difference between a sale and a not convinced customer.

When paying, do you offer many options for this? Can your visitor pay with a credit card? Can he pay by wire transfer? Can he pay by phone or other similar solution? Make sure you give your visitors the possibility to pay no matter where he is located and what are the payment possibilities in his country.

One of the most important services to add on your site is a customer service. Always give this possibility to your customer. You know, it is said that having a live chat operator on site increases the conversion rate? Don't lose that! Have such a service on your site!
